Christy Rossiter Bios
Christy - lead vocals, guitar
Christy was born on the salt flats in Lincoln, NE. She was the lead singer in Sometimes Wonder, BEEBE, and 112 North Duck. She has a big, to the back-of-the-room, voice. She loves writing songs with solid melodies and lyrics that tell a story. Christy is as comfortable singing roadhouse rockers as smooth ballads. Her love of performance, and her energy, allows her to relate to the audience with a genuine passion for the songs she performs. Christy mixes various musical influences with a classic heartfelt vocal style, and a Big Mama Thornton grin, that makes her music accessible to listeners of all ages.
Scott, The Melody Master - guitar, vocals

Scott was raised by wolves somewhere in the Northern territories.  As early as he can remember, Scott wanted to play bluegrass fiddle.  Growing up in a wolf den, there weren’t many opportunities to study fiddle.  The only option was learning violin from a viola player.  A few years of lessons ended in mutual frustration.  Looking elsewhere, Scott was lured by the sounds of rock guitar.  In college, he paid his tuition playing 2-3 nights a week in a band, and teaching guitar lessons.  In college, he played classical guitar, violin in the college orchestra, and in the jazz rock ensemble, all of which helped broaden his musical vocabulary.  Years later, living in Minnesota, he was properly exposed to bluegrass music.  He has played mandolin, fiddle, and guitar at bluegrass festivals and with local groups around the Twin Cities.  Scott‘s love of music and sound drew him into a career as a recording and electronics engineer.  His interests in woodworking turned his attention towards becoming a luthier.  He now makes acoustic guitars and mandolins in addition to running his own audio electronics design and repair company; http://www.scottliebers.com/.  While he'll mostly be seen with an electric guitar, he still finds time to sit in on guitar and mandolin for various bluegrass bands in the Northern tundra.  Don’t be surprised if you catch him scratching a flea, or howling at the moon.

Chet, Mr. Big Bottom - bass
Chet was born in the hills of Omaha, NE. He started playing guitar at the age of fourteen and worked with Christy in Sometimes Wonder. He has since made the transition to bass, which perfectly suits his personality; this man is Mr. Laid Back. His knowledge of the guitar as a melody instrument has helped him develop an aesthetic bass style that is melodic and always in the pocket.
J. E., The Machine - drums, vocals
J. E. was born on the plains in Wichita, KS. He brings a great deal of experience to Christy Rossiter. He was the drummer in the bands; Black Rose, BEEBE, and 112 North Duck.
